Career Coaching
What do you want to do? Where do you want to be? What is the next move?
How do you get there? Why have you been passed over for the highest roles?
You don't need expensive personality or skills assessments to determine where you're headed.
My proven Career Transition Strategies® provide a structured approach to helping you determine not just what you can do, but more importantly, what you want to do and how to go after it. While my Career Transition Strategies® are the foundation, your journey will always be treated as unique.

"I don't want to do what I am doing right now, but I don't know what I want to do."
I've been there! So have hundreds of other people who I have coached and now feel fulfilled doing exactly what they want to do! How did they figure it out? Working through my Career Transition Strategies® in a structured program isn't just about dreaming what you wish you could be. It helps you definitively know what you want to do and how to go after it with vigor.

Career Transition Strategies®
Step 1: Values Exercise - when your values are fulfilled, you will be fulfilled. Yes, it's that simple. We will define your values so you understand at a very deep level what is important to you.
Step 2: The Search - I translate your values into skills and capabilities to help you search the world in a structured way for a job that excites you.
Step 3: Dig Deeper - Learn more about the career(s) you're interested in, which includes meeting people who actually work in the field. Being a lawyer on TV is very different than being a lawyer in reality!
Step 4: Resume - Draft your resume through the lens of the new career. Don't worry if you've never done that new career before, we will be able to transfer your current skills to the new career.
Step 5: Interviews - Create your story and feel confident in answering the most mundane questions, "Can you tell me a little about yourself?" to the harder questions, "Tell me about a time when you did...?"

"I've been passed over for promotion multiple times. Why am I not moving up in the company?"

As a manager, leader and former HR executive, I know how leadership thinks about promotions. I can also translate the littlest feedback or nugget of information you have been given into actionable steps to increase your executive presence, ability to influence without authority, and align stakeholders. Being capable at doing the work - the "what" - isn't enough to move up the career ladder. The soft skills - the "how" - are what distinguishes you from everyone else and helps you be seen as a leader.
